TEMPORARY TO HIRE
Hiring a permanent employee is a big commitment. With our temporary to hire program, we'll place a pre-screened candidate with you for a probationary period. As with any temporary employee, we handle the payroll. If the fit is good, the employee is yours! If not, we're happy to provide you with another suitable candidate.
RECRUITMENT TO DIRECT HIRE
Recruitment and Direct Hire options are available as well. Wood Buffalo Temps will invest substantial time and expenses in the selection and placement of employees for you and will conduct all recruiting operations on your behalf. This service is provided for a one-time fee of 20% of the position’s annual wage, please contact us for more information on this process.
