The Power of Video

As part of our online profile completion process for administrative candidates, we ask them to record a video introducing themselves, sharing their work experience, and telling us anything they think a potential employer should know about them. Some people wonder why we do this, and while it's not a must-have, it's a valuable tool that helps our candidates stand out from the crowd.

When a company is looking to hire someone new, they often receive many resumes. This means they must sift through many papers, looking for specific qualifications and experience. However, it's easy to forget that each of those resumes represents a real person with unique skills and personality traits.

Finding the right person for a job involves more than just qualifications and experience. It also requires a good fit with the company culture. A cohesive office environment can only be achieved when the right people are working together.

By sending a video along with a candidate's resume and qualifications, we give employers a chance to get to know the candidate on a more personal level. They can see the candidate's personality, hear them talk about their work experience, and learn what they have to offer beyond their qualifications.

We understand that making a video can be daunting, but it's a great tool to help you find the right job. We want to make sure that you're set up for success and that we send the right person for the job every time.
